I am trying to locate replacement side marker lights for a 1999 Coleman/Fleetwood Popup Camper. They are made by Bargman and the part numbers are 3059003 and 3059004. Can you get these items? Thanx.

For a 4 x 2-inch rectangular amber clearance light with mounting hole centers spaced apart 3-inches you can use # 30-59-002. This light has a 2-wire hookup, as shown in the linked video.
