Wiring Adapter to Install Prodigy P3 Electric Brake Controller into a 2014 Ford F-150

Question:

I have a 2014 Ford f 150 that has trailer plug outlets all ready there from factory. I assume its all ready pre wired. Is there a plug I can just plug the tekonsha p 3 into thats behind dash. And will I have to install fuse for it or should it all ready be there from factory.

Since your 2014 Ford F-150 has the factory trailer connector there is a connector under the dash to install a brake controller like the Prodigy P3 # 90195. The adapter you'll use is # 22292.

I've linked a video of the P3 being installed in an F-150 using the adapter. The truck in the video only had a factory 4-way so a 7-way was also installed. You won't need to perform this part of the process.
