For your snow blower that measures 27-1/2 inches wide, I recommend looking at the Flint Hill Goods 29x49 Cargo Carrier with ramp # FHG69ZR. This is a really nice hitch-mounted cargo carrier that has inside/usable dimensions of 47" long x 27-1/2" wide. It also features a 60 inch long, foldable ramp that will help you load and unload the snow blower onto the platform. It is compatible with 2 inch trailer hitch receivers.
This carrier has an aluminum construction and a weight capacity of 500 pounds. You will just want to make sure that the total weight of both the carrier and your snowblower do not exceed your vehicle or trailer hitch capacity. The carrier weighs 77 pounds.
