Your pop up is right at 12 feet in length so for a cover the Classic Accessories Deluze PolyPro III part # CA80039 would be what you would want. It also fits well with your AC unit as it is designed to accommodate them.
I attached their fit dimension diagram and in it you can see the AC unit drawn.
