Will the Westin Perfect Match Series Rear Step Bumper Part # 32017 Fit a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500

Hi, your website says this will fit the Ram 1500 but only to 2006, Westin website seems to say it will work for my 2008. The chrome model 31017 says to 2008 for the 1500 but why would the black 32017 only be to 2006? My original bumper is black, not chrome. Thanks!

I called my contact at Westin Automotive and they were able to confirm that the Westin Perfect Match Series Rear Step Bumper part # 32017 will indeed fit your 2008 Dodge Ram. This step comes in a black powdered coat finish and is a direct factory replacment.

The bumper has a maximum gross trailer weight rating of 5,000 lbs and is rated up to 500 lbs of tongue weight. It comes with a 3 year warranty and has a pre-drilled 1" hole for use with a hitch ball like part # 40038.
