Replacement Clearance Lights and SAE Codes On Light Lenses

Question:

I am looking to replace the clearance lights on my 1996 Fleetwood Tioga. The lens on the side marker is SAE - AP2 - 79 PM - 108 - 15. The lens on the rear marker is SAE - P2 PC - 76 PM - 134 - 15. My question is which units are best for replacing these. Thank you.

Helpful Expert Reply:

The SAE codes on the lens of a light indicate what function(s) that light can perform. Many trailer lights are designed to do more than one function. Based on the SAE codes on the first light, it performs the following functions: A - Rear reflector and P2 - Rear side marker light. I've attached an article with more lighting requirements and information to assist.

The best way to determine what you need is actually based on the measurements of your lights. I've linked the page to all of your red clearance light options, but if you'd like further recommendations let me know your light dimensions.
