Recommendation for a Trailer Dolly with a 1-7/8 Inch Ball

I do have a potential solution for you but there is only a 2 inch or 2-5/16 inch ball version of the Trailer Valet. Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly with Chain Drive - 2" Hitch Ball - 1,000 lbs TW Item # TVXL2 is the 2 inch ball version.

We have tried to couple a 1-7/8 inch latch coupler on a dolly with a 2 inch ball and it would not fit even when unlatched. So what I recommend is a dolly with a 1-7/8 inch ball such as # RA20. With this dolly you would have to physically push and pull the trailer around since it does not have an assist feature. I have included a link below to a video review of this dolly for you.
