The military trailers often have very unique fits as they are modified based on need so there isn't a standard fit. For a 17.5 inch wheel, option if you have 4 wheels on two separate axles, I recommend the Provider 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w/ 17-1/2" Solid Center Wheel - Offset - 8 on 6-1/2 - LR H Item # TA69VR. This combo has a max load of 4,805 at 123 psi and speed rating of 81 mph. This combo comes with a 2-year warranty.
If you have the 4 wheels on a dual wheel axle you can get the 10 on 8-3/4 bolt patterns with tires pre-mounted.

You will want to make sure you have the proper bolt pattern to match your hubs. I've attached an article to assist.

For your wheels, you will want the Taskmaster Solid Center Wheel w/ -0.19 Offset - 17-1/2" x 6-3/4" Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 - Silver # TA45ZR. Pilot diameter is 4.76 inches. If you have a dually axle , you can get the 10 on 8-3/4 -bolt patterns with tires pre-mounted but not with the wheel alone. You will want to match the bolt pattern of your hubs, and also account for the pilot hole in the center for the hub.
