I do have a way for you to easily access the bed of your 2016 Ram 3500 Dually but none of the side mount Bestop treksteps will work with models that have dual rear wheels. Instead, I recommend using the Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step part # B75306. This step will mount to the rear of your vehicle under the bumper and retract while not in use. As long as your truck does not have dual exhaust then this step will work well for you.
