Will the Thule protection sleeve #TH7294 work with downhill skis? The product description says it is for cross country skis, but the photo shows a women carrying downhill skis with the sleeve. Thank you!

The Thule Ski Protection Sleeve for SkiClick Carrier # TH7294 will not work with downhill skis.

The sleeve is designed to work with the Thule SkiClick Rooftop Ski Carrier # TH7291 which was also confirmed by Thule to work with downhill skis.
