Parts Needed to Install Brake Controller in a 1999 Dodge Van
Question:
I have a 99 dodge ram 3500 van. Is there a wire harness to plug in with out spicing? I have a four way flat connector at the hitch. Its not factory but was put on. Do i need do i need to run a harness from rear of the van to the front? Thanks.

Expert Reply:
You would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.
