Can Trailer Ramp Spring # 362SW61 be Trimmed Down to Shorter Length
Question:
I would like to buy the Enclosed Trailer Ramp Spring - Dual Spring, but I need your help. The trailer that I build by my self has a ramp/door of that measure 64 3/4 inches wide hole frame for the door. And the inside trailer 69 Inches. Is there a size that will fit for my door. Im not sure that I am enough clear in my description, if not, is it possible for me to send a picture of my trailer

I spoke with my contact at TRC and he assured me that the Trailer Ramp Spring, part # 362SW61, can be cut down to the 64-3/4 if that's the dimension needed. This measures 67 inches in length but can be cut down to 48 inches. He also stated that these items were designed to be adjusted.
