Which of the 2 bike, platform, tilting racks work for a 2017 Chevy Silverado so that the tailgate can be completely lowered with bikes on and the rack in the tilt down position

The Kuat NV part # NV22G can fit tires that are up to 4.8 inches in width as long as you use the Phat tire adapter part # APBK. We also had the chance to demo this rack on a similar Chevy Silverado as yours and we found that it did allow the tailgate to fold down with the bikes loaded. Check out the picture I attached to see that.
