How To Increase Cooling Power for a 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T
Question:
I would like to know if this fan would fit onto a 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T, with a 360 ci engine 5.9. The truck does have a fan clutch and it is hard to find a high rpm aluminum fan. Thanks again!

I do have a way to help cool down your 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T but the 5/8" pilot hole of the Derale 18" Rigid, Aluminum-Blade Race Fan - Belt Driven part # D17518 will be much too small to work with the factory fan clutch.
Instead, I recommend first removing the factory clutch fan and installing the Derale 12" High-Output, Electric Radiator Fan part # D16925. This radiator fan will attach directly to your vehicle's radiator and will provide up to 2,150 CFM which will be more than sufficient for your needs. As long as you have 12-1/4" wide x 12-5/8" tall x 3-1/8" deep of space on your radiator then this fan will work well to increases fuel economy, horsepower and torque.
The fan includes all necessary mounting hardware and high-amperage relay wiring harness needed for installation. I have attached a review video of this fan for you.
