Based on my research, the Wesbar LED Waterproof Grommet Mount Clearance Side Marker Light # 47-203668 referenced in your question should provide a nice replacement for your existing Peterson 152 unit. This red clearance light measures 2-5/8 inches long, 1-1/4 inches wide and 3/4 inches in height.
Another option is the Optronics Thinline LED Clearance and Side Marker Light # AL91RB. This light has very similar measurements of 2-1/2 inches long, 1-3/16 wide and 7/8 inches in height.
I recommend taking a couple measurements on your Peterson 152 assembly to ensure these will work as replacement lights. I have attached short video demonstrations on these lights that you can also check out.
