Replacement Brake Controller For Damaged Controller

Question:

Thank you for the reply! It has good ground and 12v power. I have a power probe and when I probe the blue wire it goes neg to positive back and forth. Stays between 8-9 volts with manual lever pulled all the way. Guess it's bad. Do you have a suggestion for a new one?

Yeah that has to be an internal problem if the power and ground are good.
