Trailer wheel center caps are categorized by the size of the pilot hole in the trailer wheel. The # AM90195 center cap is designed to fit a wheel with a 3.33 inch pilot hole.
With the measurements that you provided, this cap may be to large for your wheel. I recommend pulling the wheel and measuring the wheels center pilot hole. I believe that a cap that will fit a 3.19 inch pilot hole will be the correct cap for your application.
The Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap, # LHCS102-SI60C, will work well with a wheel pilot size of 3.19 inches.
