Solution for Determining Functions of Unknown Trailer Connector Wire Colors

I dont know where to connect the wires from the truck white, yellow, green, black to the wires from the camper.

Wow, that is quite the 4-way setup. It appears to have two wires ran to the right turn/stop circuit (white blue pin), a brown wire ran to the left turn/stop circuit, a pink wire ran to the running light circuit, and a gray and white wire ran to the ground circuit based on the standard pin out of a 4-way flat.
Since that's really unusual you would want to verify what all those circuits do by running a jumper wire with 12 volts on it from a vehicle positive battery post to each pin. With that info you'll be able to determine the functions and wire accordingly.
On your truck wiring the white is ground, yellow is left turn/stop, green is right turn/stop, and black running light.
