I was able to physically measure the 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler # 5AB-S500-700 for you and from the king pin center to the center of the airbag, the measurement is 6-1/2 inches. From the king pin center to the front pivot is 5.75 inches and to the rear where the shock attaches is 20-1/2 inches from the king pin center.

I wasn't able to physically measure the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1116 - 21,000 lbs # LC155943 but did reach out to their tech. Their prints didn't show what the dimensions were for your requests but he made some estimates based on the information he had. He estimates that the center of the king pin to center of air bag is about 2 inches and the center of the king pin to the center of the pivot is about 9 inches to the front and 9 inches to the rear.

I reached out to Reese and to Lippert to get the specs on the max inflation as well as the height or stroke difference at max inflation. My contact at Lippert said the max inflation of the Trailair pin box is 110-120 psi and you would only gain about 1/2 inch in height at max inflation and that the bag will expand out further than up. My contact at Reese said their 5th Airborne will give you a max 120 psi and will give you at least a 1 inch rise in height but they said 2 inches would most likely be more than it would adjust.
