I reviewed the specs for your 2008 MaxSport R Vision MS 19 tandem axle travel trailer. The trailer's GVWR is 5454-lbs, which makes perfect sense based on the 2800-lb rating for each axle that you mentioned. The specs also note that electric drum brakes are installed only on the rear axle.
In a case like this those brakes are likely to be rated for more than the single axle 2800-lb rating. Odds are good that the rear axle with brakes uses 4400-lb-rated 10 x 2-1/4-inch brakes like Dexter # K23-462-463-00 or this same size brake in a 3500-lb rating, such as # AKEBRK-35-SA. If you pull one of the hubs you can measure it (see photo please) to confirm the size brake you need and also the size hub/drum you need. The linked page displays all electric brakes in the 10 x 2-1/4 size.
For new hub/drums you need to confirm the bearings used in the originals since the new ones have to use the same bearings in order to fit on your spindles. The pair of new hubs also has to be rated for at least the same weight as the axle. They also need to match your wheel bolt pattern, most likely 5-on-4-1/2. For instance, hub/drum # 84546UC3-EZ is rated for 3500-lb axles, has the 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern and uses bearings # L68149 and # L44649.
