Boat Trailer Safety Cables Suitable for Class V Hitch on 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500

I currently own a 21foot bass boat that uses safety cables. I recently purchased a Chevrolet Silverado 3500. The S hooks are too small to fit in class V hitch. What options do I have to replace the S hooks?
