Should Trailer Tires be Inflated to the Maximum PSI Rating

I just ordered two of the TTWTRTM2157514D tires, you recommend keeping them at max pressure while on the trailer?

In order to achieve the maximum weight rating indicated on the tire, in this case Provider ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D Item # TTWTRTM2157514D, the tire needs to be inflated to the maximum psi. For the above tire it is rated for 2,200 pounds at 65 psi. Capacity decreases to an unknown amount with lower pressure.
Another factor is that trailer tires have a thick sidewall to handle more vertical load. When under inflated the thicker sidewall can generate excessive heat and lead to failure.
