Will Pro Series Hitch and Universal Rail Kit PS30128 Fit 2013 Chevy Silverado 3500

Can you tell me if this hitch would fit a chevy 3500 long bed dually? I noticed it excluded stepside trucks and wasnt sure if the dually bed would cause a problem. Thanks
