How Much Space Is Needed to Install the Bulldog Powered Drive Kit for Single-Speed Jack?
Question:
I have a question on the Bulldog single speed electric jack kit, BD1824200100. The video says 8 inch clearance needed to mount the unit but is that enough to install the motor? I have a Fulton 12000 jack, it appears to be the same as a bulldog.

Thank you for sending a photo. The total length of the Bulldog Power Drive Kit , # BD1824200100, including the motor and the drive shaft is 14-1/4". If the jack leg in your photo is the lead jack, the motor would install to the left as shown in the photo attached. I've included a diagram of the dimensions so that you determine if you will have enough space for installation.
You will also need a Crosh Shaft Extension Tube like # BDCS730300. I've provided a link to our selection of cross shaft tubes for your convenience.
