Side Mount Ladder Rack Recommendation for 2006 Toyota Tundra

Question:

I need a occasional ladder rack for my 2006 Tundra pick-up. I need to confirm that the parts detail is correct. I want to be able to loosen the set screws and pull out the 2 posts from the base brackets and use my tonneau cover. Then open the tonneau cover and the posts when needed. Am I correct in my thinking, or is the post to floor bracket one piece? Thanks so much

For a side mount ladder rack confirmed as a fit for your 2006 Toyota Tundra you would want the part # EM07708.

Install and removal of this would be pretty simple as well. You'd just need to loosen some set screws to release it from the bed rail and you'd be ready to remove it.
