Programmer Recommendation for 2010 Chevy Avalanche with a 5.3 Liter V8 that Disables AFM

Question:

I had a lifter collapse because of the AFM system I have replaced with kit, new lifters, valley covers, and cam shaft to have truck not use the 8 to 4 cylinder. Will the bullydog de-activate AFM and aloow me to adjust timing?

For your 2010 Chevy Avalanche with a 5.3 liter V8 we have the Edge Evolution # EP85350 that's a confirmed fit that can disable the AFM (active fuel management) system of your truck.

It doesn't allow you to go in an manually adjust the timing tables, but with the performance tunes it will advance the timing for increased power.

It can give your truck up to 25 horsepower and 22 ft lbs of torque.

We currently no longer carry Bullydog programmers.
