I have a Reese titan 20k hitch with sidewinder pin box. will the Reese part number rp30156 fit into the factory pucks?

Yes, the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, # RP30156, will fit the factory puck system of your 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
Your Reese Titan 20K hitch will mount to the adapter when the adapter is secured into the Ford pucks in the bed of the truck.
One thing you will need to consider is by adding the adapter the hitch will be tall by the thickness of the adapter. You may have to adjust hitch head height if truck and trailer are not sitting level.
