Recommended Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for 2017 Ford F-250
Question:
I am interested in a gooseneck hitch for my 2017 F250 Superduty. How do I know if I have factory rail kit or not?

If your 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty has the factory rail kit, there will be 4 pucks in a rectangular pattern with a single puck in the center. I have included an image of a 2015 Ford F-350 truck bed that has the factory rail kit, which would look the same on yours if you do in fact have the kit.
If you do not have the factory rail kit I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116. This is a heavy-duty hitch that will provide you with a towing capacity of 30,000 pounds. The system will give you complete truck bed access when you are not towing by simply removing the ball from the hitch and dropping it back in for storage.
If you do in fact have the factory rail kit, the Curt Gooseneck # C60692 is an excellent option. The included Pop-in ball will fit securely into the existing gooseneck receiver on the truck and give you a 30,000 pound capacity.
I have attached video demonstrations for the products mentioned that you can also check out.
