How deep are the upper arms and how tall is the rack overall?

Expert Reply:
I spoke with my contact at Viking Solutions and he informed me that the upper arms are 16 inches tall and the overall height of the entire unit from the bottom of the hitch tube to the very top is 38 inches.
The angle of the picture may be misleading, but the hitch tube is the lowest portion of the rack.
