Best Swing Away Bike Rack for a 2013 Honda Pilot With Factory Towing Package

Question:

I am looking for a 2-bike rack hitch mounted? for a 2013 Honda Pilot. The rack will be used by a 28 year old woman, who carries two dogs in kennels in the back of the Pilot. So the rack will have to swing so the dogs can get in and out of their kennels, and be light enough for her to operate. What do you recommend? Thank you!

According to my research, the 2013 Honda Pilot has an integrated Class III hitch installed.

The rack I recommend is the RockyMounts BackStage 2 Bike Platform Rack, part # RKY10002. This platform rack uses a wheel mount to secure the bikes, giving them a quick loading and unloading procedure. This rack swings and tilts away from the vehicle to allow rear hatch access. It also folds up against the vehicle for storage without removal. Finally, the integrated cable and hitch lock gives peace of mind and increased security.
