Will the Bikes Stand On Their Own in the Swagman Park It 3, # S64018 and How is it Assembled
Question:
2 Questions. 1 Will the bike stand up without using the kickstand. 2 Does the stand just slide together or are there screws that attach it together?

When using the Swagman Park It 3, # S64018, depending on how the bike is placed in the stand, it is possible for it to stand on its own (leaning on the stand). With the front wheel in all the way, it could stand but having the kickstand down would be an added safety precaution. With the back wheel in, it is more likely to stay upright since the back wheel does not pivot.
The stand is held together with hardware that is included. If you look at the last picture on the product page, you will see a picture of the various pieces of the rack. On the right side you will see 12 screws. These screws hold the 6 loops that make up the 3 partitions of the stand. the outer support tubing is held in by tension. I have included a link to the installation details for reference.
