Dimension Measurements of Malone Foam Blocks # MPG154

Hello, Can you tell me the all of the dimensions of the foam blocks? The description says the blocks are 12 inches long, but I would like to know also how high and how wide they are. Thank you.

The Malone Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - Foam Block Style - 12" Long - 1 Kayak # MPG154 has block dimensions of 12" long x 4-3/4" wide x 3-3/4" tall. I've attached a photo to assist as well as a couple videos.
