Replacement Leaf Springs for a Pontoon Boat Trailer with Three 3,500 Pound Axles

Question:

I have 35 ft trailer triple axle w/ 3500LB axles. The springs are 25 1/4, 1 3/4inch wide x 5/16 thick. The boat and trailer weight 9000 lbs. The middle spring is bends concave upwards at one end, ie appears the load is too much for the cheap 3 leaf spring. What springs would you recommend to replace all six springs. Your replacement spring 3 leaf is 3/8 thick as mine are only 5/16inch Also under static load the existing springs are bent flat again indicates they are too weak for the load.

It does sound like those springs are underrated for your 9,000 pound boat/trailer. The 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4" Long Item # e57SR will fit since they have the same length as your existing springs and they are not rated too high to be effective so you are good there too. I have linked a video review of these springs for you.
