Will Universal Towing Mirrors Work on Both Driver and Passenger Side 2013 Ford Explorer

I was looking at the clip-on style of towing mirrors for my 2013 Ford Exlplorer we just upgraded from a PUP to a hybrid camper. Most state that they are for the drivers side only. What do people do on the passenger side? Or is the convex factory mirror sufficient? Thank you.
