For your 2016 Ram 1500 with 6 foot 4 inch bed, you will want the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # C607-658 which is a confirmed fit. The attached installation details give you the measurements needed from the cab side of the bed to ensure you drill in the proper location. It is recommended to use a small drill bit to confirm location as well as giving you a pilot hole prior to drilling the 4 inch hole.
