For a 5th wheel hitch compatible with your 1999 Ford F-350 I recommend going with the Demco Hijacker UMS Double Pivot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # DM8550032 in addition to the Underbed Rail and Installation Kit for Demco Hijacker UMS 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches part # DM8551000.

The Demco Hijacker is an excellent 5th wheel hitch rated for weight capacities up to 21,000 lbs. The rail free designed allows for full access to truck bed when the hitch is removed. The wraparound single-piece jaw provides a secure connection with a 360 degree contact. The Underbed Rail and Installation Kit provides you with a clean hidden look with 4 mounting holes that sit flush with truck bed. It is constructed of a sturdy black powder coated steel with all hardware needed for installation.

Both the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TUR350 and the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2550 will work well to compensate for the additional weight added to your vehicle.
