Height Range of Convert a Ball # CAB-C5G Adapter
Question:
interested in buying the convert a ball multi cushioned gooseneck trailer coupler. Already have a fifth wheel to gooseneck converter on the trailer, but its only 15 inches from king pin to bottom of gooseneck. The convert a ball shows an overall length of 22 - 25 inches. Can the 4inch tube be cut down to fit, or will that interfere with any internal shock absorber parts within the shaft? Thanks

You can't make the Convert a Ball # CAB-C5G any shorter than it currently is, but it's actually height adjustable from 12-16 inches so it would be just fine as-is.
