Will Roadmaster LED Tail Light Bulb and Socket Wiring Kit Work with Incandescent Bulbs on an RV

Is this LED system on the towed vehicle work with the incandescent lights on the motor home? Thanks

Yes, but, your RV likely has a trailer connector on it already and that connector is not tied into the RV tail light wiring so it would not affect Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - LED Bulb and Socket - Red Item # RM-152-LED.
Even if the RV did have a connector that was spliced into the tail light wiring on the RV this kit would still work for you! I have included a link to a video showing an example installation on a 2017 Chevy Spark.
