What Should be on the Display of the Pilot Electronic Brake Controller with No Trailer Connected

if you do not have a trailer pluged in will the numbers apear or just a red dot

When the manual slide or tow vehicle brakes are applied and not connected to a trailer you should see a single dot in the power display on the Pilot Electronic Brake Controller, item # 80550, see instructions link.
