What Frame Dimensions Does Super Titan Hitch 38124 Fit

Have you seen this particular item installed on a semi tractor? This to me looks like it would bolt right up.

If the semi truck had a frame width of approximately 34-1/4 inch to 34-3/4 inch, the Draw-Tite Heavy Duty Receiver Hitch part # 38124 could be welded to it.
The vehicle frame width is measured outside to outside.
Normally this is installed on cab and chassis style of trucks.
