For a set of towing mirrors on your 2016 Toyota Highlander I recommend using the K-Source Universal Towing Mirror part # KS3891. These extra-large towing mirrors mount on either of your factory side mirrors to extend your line of sight. They have a manually adjustable mirror face that allows you to customize your view. You will need one mirror for each side of your vehicle. As long as your factory side mirrors are between 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall then these mirrors will work well for you.
