To wire your Suburban for flat towing, there are three choices. A magnetic mount lighting system like part # RM-2120 is a good choice if you are not planning on towing the vehicle frequently. Since you are looking to permanently wire the vehicle, either the Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Bulbs, part # RM-155 or the Tail Light Isolating Diode System with Wiring Harness, part # 38955.
Part # RM-155 features bulbs that would mount using holes drilled in the tail light assembly of the vehicle. This system has the benefit of being pretty easy to install, plus it would remain completely independent of the electrical system of your Suburban. To use this system, you would need to ensure that there is sufficient room in the tail light assembly for an additional bulb.
I would recommend using the Diode kit, part # 38955. Installation is a bit more involved, but you will not need to drill holes in your tail light assemblies.
I will link you to a video that will walk you through the install process. The video shows the diode kit being installed on a different vehicle than your Suburban, but the procedure would be similar.
The product description page for the Diode System features an installation diagram that you might find helpful, as well. Simply scroll down toward the bottom of the page to see the diagram.
