Recommended Firestone Ride Rite System For 2006 Ford F-250
Question:
I have a 2006 f250 will I need any of the extensions for the lower brackets to fit my truck..its bone stock..or will jist the bounce stop brackets work that are attached to the lower bracket be sufficient..also is there a difference in the lower bracket between the f350 single rear wheel and dual rear wheel trucks.. So far I have lower bracket 5463 Jounce stops 5577,5578 i already have a kit on the truck and made the lower brackets from a 2004 work.bit want to get the correct stuff for my current truck.. Thanks

For your 2006 Ford F-250, the Firestone kit you want to emulate is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2400.
The brackets for your system are 5462 and 5501 according to the attached installation details. We don't have these parts available as independent replacement parts and for all the parts you need, it will actually be less expensive to purchase the kit.
