The Kenda K353 Bias Trailer TIre # AM10060 referenced in your question does indeed have a maximum speed rating of 65 mph. Unless otherwise stated, this is the standard speed rating for most trailer tires.
With that in mind, we do actually have a 4.80-12 sized tire available that has a higher speed rating. I recommend looking at the Taskmaster 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire # TTWSF48012C. This tire has an excellent maximum speed rating of 81 mph. It also features a load capacity of 990 pounds at 90 psi and includes a 2 year limited warranty.
These will serve as a great replacement for the existing tires on your motorcycle trailer. I have also attached a short video review on this product so you can get a better look.
