If the Thule Atlantis 1800 cargo box has the Quick Grip Mount Assembly # TH05738 it will fit on most sizes and shapes of roof racks bars, including most factory-installed roof racks. When opened fully this clamp assembly will accept bars up to 3-1/2-inches wide. Please refer to the linked video.

Cargo boxes from Thule and others can often use more than one type of mounting kit. Many buy these boxes used, and they can often be missing the original mounting hardware. Your box could potentially have alternate mounting hardware such as kit # TH05738, which is a Quick-Grip type mount.

Some cargo boxes may not allow the rear hatch to open fully.
