Yes, the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37140ET does come with a hitch ball that has the same rating as the system. 1,400 lbs tongue weight and 14,000 lbs total trailer weight.
You will need a thin walled socket like # ALL643216 to install the ball though.
