Replacement Touchscreen Remote Control for Lippert Ground Control 4-Point Leveling System LC358590

Question:

I have a 2014 Montana 318RE fifth wheel with the 3.0, 4 point leveling system. The control panel was mounted inside the large front storage compartment. This causes constant reaching in to touch panel and having to release and look outside to see where I am in raising or lowering the trailer. I have plenty of space to move the touch panel outside if I can find a weather proof enclosure to mount it in. Where can I get such an enclosure?

The touchpad component of the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 leveling system # LC358590 is intended for installation inside a trailer's front storage compartment since there it will be protected from the elements. Since this system levels automatically the designers intended for this protected placement of the touchpad control.

The system also includes a touchscreen remote control, available as a replacement part # LC358601, which allows you to level the trailer from as far away as 50-feet. The remote just needs to be synced to the touchpad during installation to ensure that the system is fully integrated. The remote is powered by a long-lasting, non-replaceable lithium-ion battery, and a convenient wall charger is included.
