I spoke with my contact at Master Lock about the Trailer Coupler Lock # 3784DAT. They were not certain if the lock is compatible with a 4-inch-wide coupler. But I am certain that the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock, # FA86-0015-318 Trailer Coupler Lock will work for you.
