According to the installation details, linked for you to view, pages 3 and 9 are what you want to look at for your truck regarding rail placement. The rear edge of the forward most rail will be 52-3/8 inches from the rear edge of the truck bed on an 8 foot bed. For a short box, it will be 47-1/2 inches. The hitch center line will be 1-1/2 inches forward of the rear axle center line.

The rails will be 21-13/16 inches apart on center. Usually, once you have one of the rails installed, you can use the hitch to determine the position of the other rail. I have included a link to a video showing installation kit # RP50064-58 being installed on a similar truck.
