The Viking Solutions Tilt-N-Go II Cart # 310-VTG002 that you referenced weighs 43 lbs with wheels and 29 lbs without.
It is a tubular steel construction which means it will be very strong (300 lb capacity).
The tires are pneumatic and it has sealed wheel bearings.
